My Mood: Rep Power: 9 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Weight Watchers Height: 5' 6" Start Date: 16/01/2008 Start Weight: 223lb Current Weight: 188lb Goal Weight: 140lb BMI Information: Current BMI: 30.3 Start BMI: 36 Goal BMI: 22.6 Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 35lb Weight to Lose: 48lb % Lost 15.7% | I would say so, better than falling off CD altogether for the sake of a binge. Why not try half a pack/bar/soup/tetra and see if that satiates you. Then you can always have the other half later if you are still genuinely hungry. Hope you feel OK. Theresa x
