Is it okay to eat an extra pack if you're very hungry

I'm very hungry and tired today so would it be okay for me to have an extra pack?

I would say so, better than falling off CD altogether for the sake of a binge.

Why not try half a pack/bar/soup/tetra and see if that satiates you. Then you can always have the other half later if you are still genuinely hungry.

Hope you feel OK.

Why not try some water first? Better to stick to the plan if possible.
