I would say so, better than falling off CD altogether for the sake of a binge.

Why not try half a pack/bar/soup/tetra and see if that satiates you. Then you can always have the other half later if you are still genuinely hungry.

Lost 5 stone then put 4 stone back on over a 2 year period. Restarting 24/4/10 and aiming to lose 4 stones before summer holiday at the end of August.
