    Hi ladies,

    Just wanted to add my good wishes - I restarted on Friday after 'faffing' for far too long, and having put 3 of my 4 stone LL loss back on. I'm so cross with myself, but I have to let the past go and see this as a new beginning, and this time try to learn from my mistakes. According to my scales, have lost 5lbs already so that's really keeping me positive. Looking forward to reading about your progress.
