    16.5 lbs is an AMAZING loss. Well done you!

    I am almost through my danger time (3 - 6pm)....am making my boys tea and then it will be over for the day! I have drunk 6 pints of water, numerous black coffees and had 3 tetras...may have another later if I need it.

    I'm a bit worried about tomorrow because I'm back at work (am a student midwife and on placement)...hopefully I can cope with 4 tetras. I hope I can stay upright for the whole shift!

    Well done everyone for getting through another day! I am being a bit weird and keep telling myself 'I'm thinner than I was a minute ago'...it keeps me going

    Hope everyone is having a good day.My Mum is down for a visit and we went to Tunbridge Wells..never been there before...lovely shops!Resisted temptation of buying clothes...but don't know how much longer I will be able to keep this up
