    Dying for something to eat!

Is there anything I can eat? Something low in calories that I can chew. I had a tiny nibble earlier in the week and stayed in Ketosis, and don't worry guys I'm getting self control; I'll be able to have a small bite of something and not have anymore.

You'd probably be better having an extra pack if you must have something (hark at me - should listen to my own advice). Could you have some bouillon? I'd say anything on the AAM list is the best option if you are going to do it.

Hi Lol, here is the link to make up some 'chewable' treats from your packs. http://www.minimins.com/cambridge-di...udge-cake.html (Recipes for foodpack, Muffin, crisps, fudge cake!)

Its a sticky in the CD forum.

    Enjoy! x x

    Lyndsey you're a life saver!
Just had a popadom and it was great to chew again!
And I used the cheese and brocolli soup - which I HATE - and I actually enjoyed it!
I can't wait until tomorrow to have another popadom for dinner!
    Thanks for your support ladies!
