    Evening peeps, I know the CD changes monthly cycles for some people but I was just curious if anyone knew why?

    I dont know why specifically on this diet, but changes in diet / weight generally can impact on your monthly cycle. Generally getting to a healthy weight will have a positive affect on cycle length and hormones etc
