    Tomorrow is day 1 for me

    Well finally I am on the eve of my start day. I am very excited about getting started and I feel I am in the right frame of mind to tackle this weight gain once and for all, I've been failing at dieting of one type or another for over a year now but that is all at an end.

    1. Get to day 4 restart successfully
    2. Get 1st st off
    3. Get 10% of weight off
    4. Fit into size 14
    5. Get 2nd st off
    6. Get under 25 BMI
    7. Fit into size 12
    8. Get 3rd st off
    9. Fit into size 10
    10. Maintain

    September Challenge = lose 14lbs, 14.4lbs lost

    good luck!! I found day 1 quite fun.. think it was just the novelty!!



    Attempt 2 at Cambridge Diet - 4th Jan 2010 - 15st 11
    Week 1-4 - 22lb, 1/3 to goal - 14st 3
    Week 5-8 - 12lb, half way to goal - 13st 5
    Week 9-11 - 9lb - 12st 10

    Next goals:
    1) to be 2/3 of the way to goal - 12st 8
    2) to be "normal" BMI - 11st 10
    3) final goal - 10st 13

    Best of luck but just remember, days 2 and 3 were my worst days but once you get past them, the rest of the journey is a breeze.

    Last year i weighed 14st 11.5lb, and ive got myself down to 13st 10lb.....

    14st 11.5lb.....15.5lb gone since last year!

    Thanks to everyone for the support, I've had my first shake of the day and 1.5 litres of water so far and although its still early in the day I am feeling really good.
