Here are the latest pictures of the babies, taken late last week. Jago is on the left, Martha in the middle, and both of them with Esther, my younger daughter, their mum, on the right. They are 4 weeks old today and are doing better than anyone ever dared hope! (If you click on the pictures they will come full size)

WK2 - 4th Nov - 16st 13lb (-2lb)
WK3 - 11th Nov - 16st 10lb (-3lb)
WK4 - 18th Nov -16st 8lb (-2lb)
Total for 4 weeks = 17lb
WK5 - 25th Nov - 16st 8lb (STS)
9th Dec - 16st 3lb (-5lb)
GOALS (for now)
Lose 1st stone
Get down into the 16s
To get into the 15s
Lose 10% of starting body weight (25lb)
To lose 2nd stone
To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
To get into a size 18
To lose 3rd stone
To have a BMI lower than 35
To lose 4th stone

Lost over 8 stones on Lipotrim/Cambridge
Back to a VLCD to shift a few pounds gained after quitting the ciggies on 31/12/09!
Week One: -8.5lbs
Week Two: -3lbs
Week Three: -2.5lbs
Week Four: -2.5lbs
Week Five: -1.5lbs
Week Six: -2lbs
Week Seven: STS (only to be expected really)
Off plan now until back from holidays x x
My boy/girl twins will be 21 this year. Seeing those pics really brought the memories back. I think the twin bond is very special. My 2 are still very devoted to each other - row a lot but love a lot too!

May 17th 2011 - The fight back to health.:
May to December 2011 28lbs lost.
Weight gained between December 2011-March 2012 = 9lbs
March 26th - Back with a vengeance!
New day for weigh-ins- Mondays.
Start weight 15.11
April 2nd - 1lb lost = 15.10
April 9th - 2lbs lost = 15.8
April 16th -1lb lost = 15.7
April 23rd - STS = 15.7 = acceptable!
Pictures are lovely, I have Identical Boys - 18mths old now, they were 7 wks prem, only in SCBU for 2 1/2 weeks and no health problems since. They were tiny like that too, but it seems like ages ago. Glad all is well with them all x

I've heard this morning that they now weigh:
Martha 3lbs 11oz
Jago 3lbs 7.5oz
Considering that they shouldn't be born for another 8 weeks yet, I think they are doing really well!! Apparently they will be moved from the incubators when they get to 2kg which I think is just over 4 lbs - so they haven't long to go now.
Will keep you posted!
