For the stuck ones, and new goals

I havent posted for ages, as my life has just been so hectic lately, but when I was last around I was asking for advice as I had been stuck on the scales for nearly 4 weeks. I was getting really really fed up - as you would imagine. every day I would weigh in - and nothing!

I decided to give it one last go - and leave it 3 weeks without getting weighed - good friday was my target day. Well I waited, though nearly failed a few times, jumping on the scales (digital) before jumping off again quickly before they said my weight. It was worth it - I lost 10lb! Ok, that is over 6 weeks, but now everything seems back to normal and the scles seem happy to move again. Just wanted all of you to know that if you get stuck, please hang on in there. I think my body was just so shocked at losing weight and wanted some time to consoldate. What convinces me of this is that I am now having a period - only my second in 3 years (I am on the pill and dont have them normally) and the first was 3 weeks after startng CD. My body is adjusting. It likes losing weight and being healthier, it jus wont let itself go too fast. While I was stuck, my measurements stayed the same, but my skin got tighter and my hair shinier and my nails stonger and I just think my bosy was saying 'hey - you are getting skinny, lets get there looking good too!'

beign stuck sucks, but getting over it is great! I have set myself new goals now.

    1) get to four stone off, which is 82kg target (4lb to go)
    2) get to 80kg - the weight I got married and the lightest I remember being as an adult
    3) get to 77 kg, 30kg gone!
    4) get to 75 kg - 5 st gone!
    5) get to 67 kg - 40kg gne and bmi25 plus a stone - move up the plans
    6) get to 60kg - super goal weight!!!

also would like to get into a size 16 - will get there soon - can wear 18s from most places and have got one big pair of size 16 pants that fit. Hope to be a 12 eventually at 60kg - I am 5ft 1.5!!!

    Good luck everyone
Will be setting up a new ticker for my new goal - as soon as I have time
