Rep Power: 11  Diet: CD |  Sneaking back in.... Hello all, Hope it's ok to sneak back in. I did CD SS last year, and posted on here quite a bit, but since then I've put a stone and a bit back on  . I was going to re-start/continue my CD journey in a couple of weeks, but Friday I felt soooo uncomfortable in my jeans, so I thought what am i waiting for, so I restarted yesterday. So far so good - don't feel anywhere near as bad as I did last time round on my first two days, just hoping I can stick to it this time.I started posting yesterday on the 'restart thread' but there's not many people round on that forum, so I just thought I'd see if it was ok if I could post here? I actually feel quite embarrassed - but I really do need the support of you brilliant people on here... Thank you, sharon ps - Having caught up on the forum news over the last few days, I'm overwhelmed at how well everyone is doing - so many of you I remember reading about before christmas, and now most of you are unrecogniseable! You've all done fantastically and you're an inspiration to us all  xxxx |
