    Question about how many packs

My hubby is looking to start ss today and I know there is info on here somewhere about how many packs etc he's meant to have in a day but I can't find it.
He's 6ft 3" and weighs over 20st, am I right in thinking it's either 4 packs a day or 3 packs and a small meal in the evening (a la aam!).
Can anyone tell me if this is right?

1st Goal = Get back down to 13st (weight I was before coming off CD)
    2nd Goal = Get into a size 14 comfortably
3rd Goal = Reach 12st where my CDC sponsers me to be a CDC!!!

My hubby is SSing at the moment on 4 packs a day, he has lost 46lbs - so I now need to catch him up.

It is easier doing CD together.

It's more the aam I'm curious about (he feels he needs an evening meal). Can he do 3 packs and an evening meal?

yes or the SS + plan that is slightly less in calories than the 810 around 615 calories instead which is 3 packs and a smaller meal than on 810 but still protein and small amount of veg or salad
