    I am new so hope that I can write in the right places lol.
    Started on thursday 19st 9lb my goal is none weight wise will stop when I feel its right.Will take 2st at a time each time will celebrate.
    Sharon will be seeing you on wednesday for the dreaded first weight in. Have to get going next with the exercise mmm maybe tomorrow, lol. Anyone in Loughton or surrounding areas or around canary wharf (work place) that fancies a stroll everyday or sometimes give us a shout it's a start.
