    Back on the wagon lol

    Hiya girls, well after a dreadful weekend and food to go with it I have done a lot of thinking. I am going to see my CDC tomorrow and going to try the 790 plan (the one with AAM) I was so upset with myself for not completing my first week but I did it because my mood was having an impact on my OH and that isn't fair. So I am going into this next week whole heartedly with 100% commitment, I am going to stick with it until my weigh in and see how I fair, I am hoping it will work for me. If it doesn't at least I can say I tried properly.

    But forget the failing part of it lol, I AM going to succeed!!



    Week 1: - 5 1/2 (Quit over the weekend)

    Starting week 2 on SS but having an 890 meal on weekends.
