Statistics:
Total Weight Loss: 22lb
Weight to Lose: 32lb
% Lost 9.91%
Smile stuck to to it for 7 full days..........

........and even though I have had 2 aam I have managed to do 7 full days with out a single binge!! I am so pleased with my self and to top all that I have also lost 9lb this week!
Another thing I am really pleased about is that even though it was wi this am, I wasnt thinking all of yesterday and this morning, 'oh good its wi tomorrow I can have loads of naughties'........I should say this very cautiously.......but I really feel that I am turning a corner
I havent had any real battles with chatter box this week and feel really focused...even though it is day 7 and I am on a re start!

I am looking forward to the next week and plan to get in to the 100's in the next week or two (started at 214lb..now 205lb) but totm will be here within the next 10 days I should guess, so might make a difference...but we shall see!

Need to really make an effort with my water, a few days this week I have drunk the bare minimum so need to up that and get this fat shifting!!

Thanks for all your support and help on here...you all make such a difference to how easy the diet is to manage!!

You are doing well too honey, at least you have been loosing for the last few months and not gaining(like me!!)

It weird when you get this 'can do' feeling, its just a shame we cant bottle it and use it when we are feeling down or struggling.
Anyway must get off this damn pc and get on with the ironing...this always happens when I have a day without kids, I spend the day on and off the pc and half the things I need/want to get done just fade into insignificance!!

and I know what you mean about having naugties - I used to weigh (WW) then binge and start again the next day. Haven't even considered that on this diet.
