    Alternative Therapies -Indian Head Massage?

    Hello all,
Well. I have decided that if I am going to be slim and healthy I'll be VERY healthy and relaxed too! I also think I need some little treats and inspirations.- and that I might not be the only one on here who could do with a little reinforcement/reward. I've been looking at a few alternative therapies and thought it might be a good idea to share experiences of different ones before committing the time and money !! ? I have done a little questionnaire to cut and paste from post to post or you could just write what you think

    Any want to join in?
So for starters -----Has anybody tried -

This (IHM) is something I have long wanted to try. Maybe all your comments have spurred me to find a practitioner locally. Have to wait a bit tho and just had expensive hair cut, then fab pedicure the following week so bit short on readies!!!

PS Can thoroughly recommend the pedicure treatment. My feet look lovely and it was relaxing in itself. £25 for the "luxury" version, took and hour and was bliss.....
