Should I have an AAM tonight?

Tomorrow is the start of my AAM week but I'm wondering if I should have one tonight?
I did a night shift last night worked 6.30pm till 3.30am then had a couple of hours in bed and was up at 7am and havn't stoped since,Im starving and feel shattered.I'm back on shift again at 6.30pm and may not be home again till later tonight than last night.I have had my 3packs already so would you have an AAM tonight just to give you a little extra energy or would you just grin and bear it till Tuesday when I see my CDC and planned to start my AAM week?

    Thanks CDG x

I'm surprised no-one's answered yet. I would say that a bit of chicken and some salad wouldn't do you any harm, but no doubt you've already made your decision.

Well done on your weight loss so far ... you are doing great!
