    First month report!

Exactly a month since started this diet - first 2 weeks on LL then changed to CD.

Have lost 2 stone in that time which is great, and although I know it will slow down somewhat in the next month, it really does help to motivate you seeing that first big loss!

Am now beginning to feel the difference - feel lighter and less 'dumpy' - even disposed of my first clothes today- a shirt and jumper - the arms are too long! (guess they are not being pulled up by so much flesh hehe).

Still feeling really good - not been physically hungry at all - even went out to a restaurant with family a couple of nights ago - took a bar with me and drank lots of fizzy water!

This is definitely the best thing I have done in years - here's to the next 2 stone!

    Cheers

Well done SuffolkGuy, that is a fabulous loss and particularly well done going to a restaurant with a bar, I am not sure I would have the strength for that, I take my hat off to you.
