    Woohoo 2 Stone Mark

    WOW, i've only just noticed that i've hit the 2 stone mark. Yeah, i'm sooo chuffed. To everyone just starting or restarting, stick with it. It really does just become a way of life. Always keep in mind your motivation, so if you ever feel like wavering you will remember why you're doing this.
    CD isn't forever and food will still be there when you've reached your goal weight.
    Restarting VLCD Exante 01-05-2012

    WK 1- 9lbs
    WK 2-5lbs
    WK 3- 3lbs
    Goals

    Get through week 1- done 08-05-2012
    Lose 1 stone - done 15-05-2012

    Lose 2 stone
    Lose 3 stone
    Lose 4 stone
    Lose 5 stone
    Lose 6 stone

    Complete a month
    Weigh less than my OH
    Be classed as overweight rather than obese
    Fit into size 16
    Get back into my long brown boots
    Fit back into my dress I wore last year for my 30th.
    Fit back into my blue warehouse dress
    Be normal according to BMI
    Fit back into my size 12 next dress.
    Wear my size 10 jeans again.

    Lost over 8 stones on Lipotrim/Cambridge

    Back to a VLCD to shift a few pounds gained after quitting the ciggies on 31/12/09!

    Week One: -8.5lbs
    Week Two: -3lbs
    Week Three: -2.5lbs
    Week Four: -2.5lbs
    Week Five: -1.5lbs
    Week Six: -2lbs
    Week Seven: STS (only to be expected really)

    Off plan now until back from holidays x x

    The body's a funny thing, you may well lose it in time for your wi. Fingers crossed for hitting that 2st it's a great boost.
