    I am so excited.. at last fellow CD dieters!!

    Hello everyone

    YEAH am I excited to find this forum with fellow Cambridge Dieters. I saw the link from another forum but there wasnt much happening on there!!

    My names Deb, i have been on the diet 10 days now. Am doing ok but having really bad cravings to eat food. but am resisting.

    Am just off to take a good look now at other posts, and hopefully get some good tips and incentives to carry on etc.

    It's me, RD from Fathappens. Glad you saw the link posted by another of our members (we get everywhere!) and have decided to join. You'll never regret it ... this is an absolute haven of support and encouragement for ANY dieter but is especially good for those on a VLCD ... diets that seem to be so misunderstood generally.

    Starting weight - 20th Oct 2011 17st 11lb

    WK1 - 28th Oct - 17st 1lb (-10lb)
    WK2 - 4th Nov - 16st 13lb (-2lb)
    WK3 - 11th Nov - 16st 10lb (-3lb)
    WK4 - 18th Nov -16st 8lb (-2lb)
    Total for 4 weeks = 17lb


    WK5 - 25th Nov - 16st 8lb (STS)
    9th Dec - 16st 3lb (-5lb)






    GOALS (for now)
    Lose 1st stone
    Get down into the 16s
    To get into the 15s
    Lose 10% of starting body weight (25lb)
    To lose 2nd stone
    To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
    To get into a size 18
    To lose 3rd stone
    To have a BMI lower than 35
    To lose 4th stone

    Original staring weight 19 stone

    Started CD on Sunday 20th August 2006
    Starting weight 17stone 10 pounds
    Weight was 13stone 6lbs
    Weight at 2nd CD start 14 stone 6lbs
    Weight got to 12stone 13lbs
    weight now 14 stone 13 lbs

    I'm new to CD too, i did lighterlife for 14 days but switched to CD on my 15th day (today is my 17th), last few days I've realised I really can't do the bars, but love the shakes and tomato soup!

    welcome to you too.

    I am on Day 11, so not too far behind you. Get weighed on Sundays. Dont think have lost much this week, but not letting that stop me.

    Am looking forward to getting my mitts on some bars. Can I ask why you cant do them ?? dont you like or is it affecting your diet ??
