    Talking another 5lbs have left the building.

    Hi Guys,

    Just wanted to let you all know that I have lost another 5lbs. Thats 1 stone 6lbs in just three weeks and I am delighted. Couldn't of done it without everyones support. Many Thanks. xx

    Wks 1 -16 : 76.5lbs lost

    GOAL 1: Make it through Week 1
    GOAL 2: Lose another stone by 16th May - 17lbs lost!
    GOAL 3: Be in the 15s by first June WI Done by last May WI!

    that is fantastic! I am green with envy, you must feel a million pounds!!! I have my weigh in tonight, hate hate hate being weighed in the evening :-( but hopefully we are on to a winner.
    Weighed myself at home this morning and my scales show a 15 pound loss.
    Starting Weight 13.7 Stone

    Week One = -7lbs (13.0) although scales at home this morning indicated 12.11.

    Week Two = - 1lb

    Week Three = -3lb (12.10)

    Week Four =


    Goal weight 10 Stone


    Goals

    Lose first stone
    Hit 12 Stone for friends wedding 27th June
    Hit 11.7
    Wear favorite summer trousers (which I have hid in "slim clothes drawer" since 2003)
