Is anyone else worried about reintroducing food again?
I am one of the lucky ones that seems to enjoy this diet and ssing. Im onto my 3rd week my losses are stable and I can see how I am eventually going to reach my end goal.
But I am already so worried about how I am gonna maintain and stay away from the pitfall of putting it all back on again.
I just worry that my body will get used to functioning on this small amount of calories and the minute I eat anything Ill put weight on?
Is this just paranoia or does anyone else feel this way?

somehow!! I have also discovered since starting CD that if i put my mind to something, i will succeed!! I have lost weight before on WW (3 stone) which i gained again over 2 years
but i know where i went wrong and the difference this time is that i am DETERMINED (underlined and in bold
