    Smells good... who wants to come round for dinner?

    My husband is cooking my lunch for tomorrow. It smells delicious. Who would have thought simple baked chicken would smell so lovely.

    I've been on CD for three weeks. I did Sole Source up until Wednesday now I am on 810. I had tuna, cottage cheese and salad today. Tommorrow is tuna, fish and salad. Yummmmyyy!!

    I lost most of it with Slimming World and the last 20lbs with CD.

    My actual weight loss has been quite long but not exactly focused.

    Early November 2004: 16 stones 8.5 pounds
    29th November 2004: 16 stones 7.5 pounds (-1)
    06th December 2004: 16 stones 2 pounds (-5.5)
    13th December 2004: 15 stone 13.5 pounds (-2.5)
    20th December 2004: 15 stones 12 pounds (-1.5)
    Xmas Holidays
    03rd January 2005: 15 stones 9.5 pounds (-2.5)
    10th January 2005 15 stones 12 pounds (+2.5)
    Off Sick With The Flu
    24th January 2005 15 stones 1 pound (-11)
