Losses on steps 810cals - 1500cals of CD

I was just wondering if anyone had any idea or experience of what the losses are like when following the CD steps for stabilising. I am hoping to spend 1 week on 810cals, 2 weeks on 1000cals and 4 weeks on 1200cals and then maintian on 1500cals.

I am hoping to lose 1.5 stones in those 7 weeks (maybe +1/2 weeks extra if i need it), do you think it will be posiible? I am hoping that the losses on those steps will be about a minimum of 2lbs per week.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

    xx

I was just hoping to get a general idea of peoples losses on these steps because like i said, i have 1.5 stones to lose through the steps and there is now way i can stay on SS longer than 5 more weeks because i have to build up my calories for september.

I'm just getting anxious thinking my losses will slow down to nothing or 1lb a week.

Anyway, I'm hoping someone will come along in the next few weeks and share their wisdom with us, lol.

On 790/810 I lost on average 4lbs a week but I think it varies person to person and also depends on how much you have to lose. Sorry for being vague, but it's not quite as black and white as SS.

Thanks for your reply hun. I am hoping to lose a minimum of 2 lbs on all steps but i'm just alittle anxious because i dont want my losses to slow down completely. I would have preferred to stay on 810cals untill goal but unofrtunatley, i cant.

I hope your having a good day xx

Hi, I have got 1½ stone left to lose and can no longer stay on SS so I am currently on the 1000 - 1500 plan, I am having two CD products and just eating really healthy. I am going to get weighed this Thursday so fingers crossed!! I am in contact with two other ladies on here as we are all doing the same thing and are keeping each other updated with how we are getting on, the tread is called ‘Has anyone done the 1000 - 1500 cal option on Cambridge’ so feel free to join us.

    Good Luck
    Denise xx
