    c/d n slimming world

    hey everyone

    got a question n not sure where to put it so am going to put it on both cd and slimming world (i hope thats ok)

    i am going to start slimming world in around 2/3 weeks time when i move house (no classes next to my current house that i can go to due to work hours)
    however i have 2 weeks worth of cd packs in my house

    do i either

    a) do 2 weeks on cd and have it as a good kick start
    or

    b) jus cut down n wait to start sw properly?

    if i go from cd to sw will i just put all the weight back on or would i still be able to loose, i have about 6 stone to loose

    Week 2 - 17st 10lbs BMI 41.3 , -3.5lbs
    Week 3 - 17st 7.5lbs BMI 40.9, -2.5lbs

    only 4.5lb more for my 1.5 stone award and 9.5lb more for my club 10! (16/5/12)

    hi stacey, I remember you fro when I did cd last year!! I would personaly be tempted to finish off my packs and glug the water. The first week of sw is usual down to water loss. The only other thing is to have a few days between finishing your packs and starting sw.....just be careful

    week 2 = -0.2lbs (blip week)
    week 3 = -4lbs (-3.5 inches)

    Hi Hun, I did 3 weeks of CD, week off (although small portions and healthy eating) then started SW. In my week off I gained 1lb. I have lost each week since I joined SW (so far). One bit of advice for what its worth is if you do do CD for 2 weeks and then swap to SW I would be careful of doing green days (unlimited carbs likes pasta, rice and potatoes) for the first day or so as your body wont be use to it, will probably store the carbs and you may have a gain.

    aww thanks guys i think i will do 2 weeks of cd then have a week off and re introduce carbs slowly n then start slimming world
