    Total Weight Loss: 1st3lb

    Woohoo Finally hit 4st mark

    Well the title says it all. After waiting for what seems like ages i've finally hit 4 stone loss.
    What a boost to the old motivation this has given me. I hit my 100th day of SS tomorrow too. I never thought i'd have hit that landmark when I first started.
    Keep with it everyone, it is sooo worth it. X
    Restarting VLCD Exante 01-05-2012

    WK 1- 9lbs
    WK 2-5lbs
    WK 3- 3lbs
    Goals

    Get through week 1- done 08-05-2012
    Lose 1 stone - done 15-05-2012

    Lose 2 stone
    Lose 3 stone
    Lose 4 stone
    Lose 5 stone
    Lose 6 stone

    Complete a month
    Weigh less than my OH
    Be classed as overweight rather than obese
    Fit into size 16
    Get back into my long brown boots
    Fit back into my dress I wore last year for my 30th.
    Fit back into my blue warehouse dress
    Be normal according to BMI
    Fit back into my size 12 next dress.
    Wear my size 10 jeans again.

    Wks 1 -16 : 76.5lbs lost

    GOAL 1: Make it through Week 1
    GOAL 2: Lose another stone by 16th May - 17lbs lost!
    GOAL 3: Be in the 15s by first June WI Done by last May WI!
    GOAL 4: Get to 15st 4lbs (and 3 stone off) by 21st June done by 10th June!
    GOAL 5: Be 13st 4lbs by 13th August (5 stone off) done by 29th July!
    REACHED 1st TARGET WEIGHT 5th August

    New Goal: 11stone by 26th October
