    Fruit problem on CD 790

    Was weighed with CDC earlier this evening, I have lost two pounds making two stone in six weeks. Started seventh week today.
    However I have a real problem with fruit. After dinner tonight (cottage cheese and spinach) I ate quite a lot of fruit, also had this problem two nights ago. Haven't cheated with anything else - it's just that I love fruit when I can't have it, not bothered about it when I can! Have tried the water flavourings but they don't hit spot in the same way!
    Help - I feel I am sabotaging myself for the sake of an apricot!

    If you are really struggling with fruit why not change over to the 1000 cal programme. Have a chat to your CDC.
