    The PERFECT cheesecake mousse

Hi, for anyone who is interested, heres how I make the PERFECT cheesecake mousse:

    ingredients:
    cambridge vanilla sachet
1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon of orange water flavouring (depending on taste)
    3 tablet sweetners
    1 scoop mix a mousse
    water

    Method:
select a champagne saucer, filll it almost to the top with cold water.

    empty this into blender

rip top off vanilla pack (you want to leave powder in the pack and add other ingredients to it whilst still in pack )

    add 3 crushed sweetners

add 1/3 or 1/2 teaspoon orange flavour

add scoop of mix a mousse

    stir it all together.

add it to the water in the blender and blend as you would any other shake.

pour into champagne saucer and leave in the fridge for 1/2 hour/ freezer for 15 minutes or until set.

    Enjoy!

(if i'm feeling really decadent I use 2 packs and make a chocolate brownie as the base of the cheesecake, then when I make the mousse I pour it on top of the brownie)

Sounds lovely, but excuse my ignorance what's a champagne saucer, I'm sure I don't have one but what sort of size and shape are we talking, I might have a good substitute.

    LOL,
Its a glass that traditionaly ladies drink champagne out of (and men are supposed to drink out of a champagne flute!...I blame my mum, she's maybe a bit traditional!)

I make my mousses in this as it seems a bit special. Any small dish would do!!!

you guys have gotta make one of these mousses, they are lovely..any way Ive just gone and measured..my champagne saucer (bowl) uses 175 ml of water when i'm making a mousse
