For clients using the Cambridge Diet, it is advisable to contact your own CDC as the first port of call as we are trained to answer the majority of queries you may have. If we cannot give immediate answer we do have access to a medical professional. Or you can post on this forum or private message one of the CDC's who are clearly identifiable. As Lighterlife counsellors do not post I can only offer the same advice as above. Your LL counsellor will help you solve your problem.
