    Hi MiniMe

    I made the jelly first, blended 1lt water with two spoons of MAM, some summer berry flavour and a tiny bit of red colouring.

    Then made the mousse from a choc tetra blended with a spoon of MAM and poured it into the jelly before it had set.

    Was completely delicious. All that made about 2.5 of these bowls worth, I was eating it for days!

    I made some 'cheesecake' mousse last night for me and hubby, using a vanilla pack, half a teaspoon of orange water flavouring and MAM. It was absolutely divine - unfortunately I couldn't keep my hands off it long enough to photograph it.

    I have definitely got to ask for extra vanilla shakes when I go to my Counsellor on Monday....

    Had a bad day today - went to SIL's and she insisted we stay for lunch. Tried to tell her we weren't eating lunch but it was awkward & we ended up staying and eating pizza, which she had bought in specially as its our kids' favourite, and used to be ours before the diet.....

    So another few hungry days to come as I get this out of my system. How are you?

    Mix-A-Mousse
    ~ Jan ~
    Weeks 1-4 ~ 23lbs lost
    Weeks 5-8 ~10lbs lost (including a 5 day break)
    Week 9 ~ STS cdc stuck on her hols due to flight situation so had to have some meals.
    Week 10 ~ 2lbs lost
    Week 11 ~ gave up, really messed around, somehow still lost 1lb
    I REALLY need to do this!
