Would you have an extra pack?

I have had a soup and bar today but i worked up a right sweat sorting the garden for an hour then i had to clean the downstairs of the house.

Would you have an extra pack due to the extra work or just leave it and have my last pack when ready?

Leave it There's no need to take the extra cals unless you're doing some serious (like hours) of exercise..

Fell the cals burn straight off you!

I would however drink some extra water to rehydrate yourself xxx

Debz is a jewel in the roughDebz is a jewel in the rough

Diet: Cambridge
Depends on how you feel. If you are having your usual 3 or 4 and that's enough, don't have an extra one. But if you feel you need an extra one - have it, especially if you're about to cave in and eat something non CD that isn't on your weight loss plan.

I had days of really needing the 4th, didn't affect the diet, and kept me off food.
