thanks guys xx well i try and drink 4 litres and did a jane fonda for one week 3 times but only lost 3lbs that week so stopped lol , i try to walk for an hour each day tho ,
keep up the good work ladies xx

well done, that's brilliant and very inspirational. After my holiday in September I have 12 weeks before my first christmas party so I would love it if I could do something similar, it'll certainly make me feel a lot better about myself
