    Successfully maintaining?

Hi, I am only on week 2 of CD and started with about 6.5 stone to lose so a long way to go. On this forum there are lots of stories by people who are either currently losing or those who have regained and restarted. There are also some who's signatures show that they have got to goal and have maintained. There dont appear to be any stories of people who are successfully maintaining. This would be really helpful coz there's not much info on how CD helps you to maintain, so it appears as though it's hit and miss, which is quite scary to those of us that havent got there yet. We will be successful maintainers? Any positive stories on how you learn to maintain and any tips for long-term success would be most appreciated.

hiya, I don't know if you can move it or have to get a mod to move it - you could try contacting one of them?

Anyway, I quite agree, I'd love to hear stories of people who are maintaining which include the story of their weight loss, as well as their journey maintaining. Think it would be a great help x

    Diet: Was Cambridge, now maintaining
I'll move this to the Cambridge forum where it will attract more attention from Cambridge maintainers

There's a few around I think, each doing the job the way they find best. Some are maintaining calorie counting, others healthy eating/own thing, and I think a couple use Cambridge to knock off the pounds when they creep up.

Meanwhile, look out for Porgeous' and Summerskye's thread and also any messages from Icemoose (mike) There's others, but they don't come on so much. Sorry if I've forgotten anyone

    Happy reading
