I drink around 3-4 litres and have extra water in my shakes
I have about 2.5 litres and day and jelly on top of that.
I'm the same as Amanda71. I aim for 3-4 litres a day and always have an extra 6-8 oz of water with my shakes. If for some reason i cant get all my water in then i always drink a minimum of 2.5 litres.

i have extra in my shakes but recently havent made the minimum, have to drink more, or my cdc will be mad, lol

reach a healthy bmi the jump is so frightening between where i am and where i want to be....... because of all i may become i will close my eyes and leap.
i struggled to have water first day but today i have had about 6 pints of water and aim to have another 2 before bed as i have had tetras today.
i still dont completely understand how on weeks i didnt drink enough water i didnt lose as much. but im not gonna argue and just glug glug glug
