    Feeling Cold

    Hi guys,
    Just going into week 4 on CD, and I feel cold all the time....Anyone else suffering? My fingers are cold. my nose is cold. Might go and put a scarf on...
    Percy- raring to go...

    yeah im cold aswell alot of the time on cd. Ive a hoodie on now and a big cardigan and the heating on sooo cold!

    OMG I remember those days...Yes very normal to be freezing when in Ketosis....I went and had a sauna one day just to warm my bones up!

    I'm also feeling dead cold today. The weather is sunny here & not too cold but i seriously debated on whether to put the heating on this morning!!

    lol , might go put scarf on lol wait till it really gets cold , you will be sitting there with gloves on , hot water bottle , feet in foot warmer lol

    The weather is defintely septembery as well though as ive had my heating on - bu my little boy is outside playing with shorts and t shirt on - the mind boggles!

    I think it's generally just really cold today!




    Goal 1 - get under 13 stone
    Goal 2 - get into a size 16
    Goal 3 - get under 12 stone
    Goal 4 - get into a size 14
    Goal 5 - get under 11 stone
    Goal 6 - get into size 12
    Goal 7 - getin under 10 stone
    Goal 8 - reach target weight
