    Nutritional Values of Porridge

    Hi I don't mean to be a pain, but has anyone got the nutritional values of the porridge? I need to know the following so I can update my Fitbug nutrition data.

    100g

    Energy = 358kcal
    Protein = 31.7g
    Carbs = 40.2drate
    of which sugars = 12.7g
    Total fat = 7.8
    of which saturates = 1.5
    Dietry fibre = 6.5
    Sodium = 0.1

    Per Serving - 1 meal = 40g = 143 kcal

    Sounds like you are putting this in WLR. I think that's all they need to know

    How can we have it on SS then if it is 16g of Carbs?!

    Not eating anymore of that!

    Less carbs than the bars. Remember, it's not a 'no carb' diet, or even a very low carb diet. 16g is fine. Only a fraction more than the normal CD shakes and soups. Nothing worrying
