starting again - this time i WILL do it!!

    hi all!!

i stopped cd about a month or so ago and put on about half a stone (i think)

still a size 12, but a bit tighter!!

cd worked for me SO well last time, i really want to do it again now.

since stopping ive tried to re start 3/4 times but keep failing.
why is it so hard to restart???

this time it WILL be different.

i'm gonna do ss+ all the week and then have 1 day off at the weekend to enjoy with the family (this weekend a wedding, next my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary etc)

i also have gone back to areobics (2/3 times a week for an hour a time)
and am really enjoyng this so hopefully that will help me tone up and get fit!

probably be on here alot to help my through, it really helped last time.

    thanks for readng guys.

fingers crossed i'll do it this time. xxxx

ss+ is just the 3 cd meals the same as ss but with some "real food" too.
apparently the losses are pretty similar
some people say they cant do ss+ as a little food makes them want more.
i like it cause in the evening when i normally snack i can graze on the food i'm allowed, or i eat it when the family has there meal so my little boy doesnt ask too many questions sbout why i'm not eating.

cant remember the exact amount, but you allowed
cottage cheese, chicken, tuna - protein
cucumber, lettuce, radishes, cabbage etc too

did you get a book from your cdc??
you should of had 2, one of them will list what your allowed when you move up the plans.
if i can ss then i will, if not ss+

    xx
