hokay, did 30 minutes today. Had the bright idea of using my trampette to do the jogging exercises and had a really good time! Better on the knees and mangaged to open a new game by jogging lots! also did a bit of hoola hooping but I find it hurts my hip, so left off that. My virtual coach told me off for not coming back for 3 days, so will make sure I will go back on it tomorrow. I suppose I should try the yoga and muscle building bits but dont find them attractive, will try and do at least one of each tomorrow. But jogging in my front room! who ever thought that jogging could be fun!![]()

Especially the yoga(still can't manage the shoulderstand though lol) but I also do the advanced step, advanced boxing and super hula
