I made a lush meal today so thought i'd add it on here. Please feel free to point out if ingredients are a massive nono but i think the flavourings r ok in v small amounts:
2 tesco frozen cod pieces, place in bakin dish with cpl tbl spoons of water and splash of light soy sauce. Chop 40g pak choi ad 40g courgettes and add. Add pinch of chilli seeds, 1/2 tsp of v lazy garlic and 1 of v lazy ginger. Bake for 25mins on 200deg.
This was v v yummy i must say :-)
