I'm going onto 810 after 4 weeks of LT, have started CD and am (very unusually craving salad!), so I'm going to do it and see how I go.
Day 1:
Breakfast Caramel bar
Lunch Chicken salad with skinless cooked chicken, cucumber, celery, lettuce, asparagus, fat-free dressing YUM!
Snack Frozen banana pack, cup of decaf tea with skimmed milk
Dinner Strawberry pack

i'm on the 1000 plan. go for it!! you'll get great losses on 810 and quite a lot of people stay in ketosis on it too
