Pickled Red Cabbage???/

Hi all,

I was just wondering if Picked Red Cabbage is allowed in add a meal week ??????

Also because Onions are white are we allowed them normal & Picked ?????

Yes to pickled red cabbage but no to onions as they are too carby.
