    What a horrid, evil, worthless, pitiful excuse for a man.
    He deserves all the unhappiness in the world for making comments like that, who does he think he is?

    As has been said, ex's are ex's for a reason, and good on you for blocking/deleting him. He's not worth a nanosecond of your time, so don't even think about him anymore. There ARE good men out there, and you will meet one soon, just keep being your lovely self (and soon, your lovely slimmer self ) and before you know it, you'll be with someone you deserve, who loves you for the wonderful person you are
    Lost around 4.5 stone on LL,
    now maintaining & following a strict protein diet combined
    with weight training and cardio 5 times a week.

    OMG ..... I cant believe what i have just read!!! What a F***ing W***er A***hole!!! How can anyone be that cruel!?! He needs to go and see a shrink or something! he is mentally disturbed! He will be calling his new bint a "skinny *****" in a few weeks no doubt.

    hi guys thanks for the comments, least im not the only one who thinks hes a complete waste of space.

    Thing is a work with him on saturday nights, hes head door man at my work sooo ive got to face him, but im out this saturday to get drunk and ill be going to the club i work in to finish the night so ive got to hold my tongue but me with a few voddies in me i dont see it happening!

    Now stop right there young lady........are you really going to lower yourself to his level? C'mon, you can't be serious? It's one hell of a way down!!!!

    My advice, stick to CD like it's your best friend and watch him drool when he realises what he's lost.
