Don`t know if I put too much water in, did shake some cinnamon on but couldn`t eat it. Am only starting out so hopefully I will find more than the choc tetra that I like, at least I am doing ss+ so have something to look forward to at the end of the day.

That was the other option I put in my bag for work. Have just tried it and yes is yummy, will wait till night and have the cappucino cold with ice, don`t think the boss will run to an ice machine he`s already giving my funny looks as I am never away from the water machine.

I absolutely love coffee so thought the capuccino would be perfect for me - but it's actually one of my least favourites, but working on the fact that I love the porridge and you hate it, then you'll probably love the capuccino. My faves are toffee & walnut and fruits of the forest, but in this cold weather my staple of porridge, porridge & more porridge.

My fav, actually - I way prefer it cold. It loses its sweetness imho, altho I know I could add sweetener.

I have mine hot and mix it up with one of those hand blenders. It goes all frothy and thick and feels like a real treat! Especially in this cold weather!

    I don't need a diet....

    I need a new lifestyle...
