Rep Power: 0 ![]() | 790 foods Hiya, My husband is thinking of trying CD but doesn't think he'll be able to do SS. Where can I find out what foods can be eaten on 790 so I can give him a rough idea of what to expect before speaking to my CDC about it? |

Rep Power: 14 ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Cambridge Diet/ Slimming World | Hi Ya, I like 790 as it is I think an easy one to stick to. You are still able to have your shakes and the following foods. Cottage cheese Chicken or turkey White fish Tuna Quorn Green salad Celery Cucumber Radishes Courgettes Marrow Spinach Kale Turnip Brocolli Cauliflower Asparagus Fennel Celeric All the above on 790 has it's measures which will be explain in the yellow booklet in detail that you will get from your counsellor. Hope this helps Nick |
