    Hey mate

You could be going down with something - there are so many leurgies doing the rounds. (((HUGS))) - drink plenty of liquids (I know you already are) and try to get an early night.

If it's anything to do with CD then yes it'll go away. Try and take it easy and do whatever you can to feel better.
Do as DQ says and get an early night tonight - I hope you feel better really soon. xx

    Thanks ladies

I don't feel so bad now just hungry, I can't have my other shake until after 7 as i have lots to do at work. I bought some gum which made me feel a little better and also i had to chew it because the dog breath was killing me and the people i was having the meetings with at work. But i feel a bit better, i don't think i am coming down with something as i had something just before xmas but you never know. I just wantto get to my other weigh in next tuesday and see how much i have lost.

I am due to start my boxercise class on thurs do you think i should wait until my body is used to not having food.

Boxercise is quite energietic isn't it ....

might be a bit too much on so few calories. I'd wait a little while until you're settled into the diet and then make sure you have a pack before you go and don't 'run on empty'.

A CDC will be able to give you the best advice though.
    Starting weight - 20th Oct 2011 17st 11lb

    WK1 - 28th Oct - 17st 1lb (-10lb)
    WK2 - 4th Nov - 16st 13lb (-2lb)
    WK3 - 11th Nov - 16st 10lb (-3lb)
    WK4 - 18th Nov -16st 8lb (-2lb)
    Total for 4 weeks = 17lb

    WK5 - 25th Nov - 16st 8lb (STS)
    9th Dec - 16st 3lb (-5lb)

    GOALS (for now)
    Lose 1st stone
    Get down into the 16s
    To get into the 15s
Lose 10% of starting body weight (25lb)
    To lose 2nd stone
To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
To get into a size 18
    To lose 3rd stone
To have a BMI lower than 35
    To lose 4th stone
