A few more questions

A few more questions..... Sorry about asking questions, I am still debating 'if you see my ticker I still have 4 and half stone to lose (ish). I now know if I do start I will be looking at it the week after the 10th Feb, as I know I have a few busy weeks coming up.

1) How long you think it will take to lose 4 1/2 stone

2) In your opinion, does exercise help speed up the weight loss.

3) Did you tend to lose the weight all over or a specific area (I need to lose on the thighs, boobies and belly)

4) Did you find your CDC helpful in helping you to stick to it.

Sorry about all the questions, but as I post more and more you all probably find I am a thinker....

Hello and go to bed, its too late!!! lol My hubby is snoring away but I am too busy writing up my diet diary. Serves me right!

I hvent started yet so cant relly answer your questions fully so....

1) How long you think it will take to lose 4 1/2 stone...I have been informed about a stone a month so you could say 4 and a half month but I am allowing myself a month either side.

2) In your opinion, does exercise help speed up the weight loss.....no idea but I m getting Charlie Brookes workout video. I m very very unfit so am going to work my way into it gently. Her video is 5x15 minute workouts so nice and gentle to start. I want it more for toning up though.

3) Did you tend to lose the weight all over or a specific area (I need to lose on the thighs, boobies and belly)...I so dont wanna lose my boobies!!!!

4) Did you find your CDC helpful in helping you to stick to it....not met mine yet but have spoken to her 3 times and she is lovely. I can imagine her to play a large part in my weight loss.

Good luck in what you decide to do!!

1) How long you think it will take to lose 4 1/2 stone

I reckon about 4 months, but some people are quicker.

2) In your opinion, does exercise help speed up the weight
loss.

I don't think so, but it helps to tone.

3) Did you tend to lose the weight all over or a specific area (I need to lose on the thighs, boobies and belly)

I lost weight all over but my shape sort of stayed the same, just smaller! I'm still very pear shaped and have the same trouble getting a good fit with trousers, they are generally too big on the waist in order to fit my bum!

4) Did you find your CDC helpful in helping you to stick to it.

YES!!!

Sorry about all the questions, but as I post more and more you all probably find I am a thinker.... [/quote]

Happy to answer any questions

Amazon.co.uk: The Cambridge Diet: Books: Alan N. Howard

The Cambridge Diet book, should be here next week, along with the one below, which reading the write up on this book inspired me more to lose weight and study is not the most important thing in my life....

Amazon.co.uk: Chasing Daylight: How My Forthcoming Death Transformed My Life: Books: Eugene O'Kelly

and on the previous note I think I better go bed!
