I've not been on Mini's for over 4 months as I found out I was pregnant back in October- Unfortunately I lost my baby this January at 16 weeks gestation and piled on a few extra pounds which I'd now like to shed. I think it'll make me feel better after everything that has gone on recently. I got down to 9st 12lbs when I found out I was pregnant, then of course, you eat not thinking about the consequences. Finally made an appointment with a new councellor for this Saturday, probably be going back to SS for a bit but I know I've not got a lot to lose, but it's still going to be hard. Can't wait actually, it'd be nice to get back down to the 9's. Anyways, just checking in and will speak to you all soon I gather. Thanks for reading xxxxxxxx
