A little confused on whats allowed

Hi
I'm a little confused about what we're allowed to eat, I know the basics such as quorn, turkey/chicken, tuna & the 2 tablespoons of veggies, but what herbs/spices are we allowed to add to make them more edible (are chilli's allowed?) Also what stock if any can we use.
I'm only on day 4 and "scared" I have something I shouldn't.

Thanks
Mindy

Diet: Was Cambridge, now maintaining
You can add a little chilli power, mixed herbs or curry powder with care.

You can fry in water

some people use the CD veg flavourings to cook in quorn in, but veg flavourings aren't allowed until week 3

Pepper is okay. Not salt.

A little cinnamon is fine too. I know most people consider cinnamon to be a spice for sweet dishes, but it works well in savoury dishes too

Mixed herbs are fine. Fresh rather than dried. If you use dried, check the ingredients
