    Lu-c vs 9 Stone!

Thats a lot to lose. And I dont feel 9 stone overweight but have worked it out and I am indeed 19.10 and need to get to 10.10.
I dont mind its a big Goal. I am going to lose 2 stone by April. That will take me down to 17.10, I am using Cambridge, have struggled for as long as I can remember doing the diet. But I have a newout look on it. Last night I found an old tape I had done at a hypnotherapists. It was with reference for me to lose weight. I always fall asleep with it on and used it last night. Today I have woken up with a completely different outlook on life, losing weight etc and will do this. I have admitted I am really in need of losing 9 stone and hadnt admitted that to myself before.. I am not tempted to go for the biscuit jar this morning for a sugar fix and I am off to a good start with the shakes and water.

I will do it and keep this as my daily diary. I may even blog it after losing some so I can let my family and friends see my progress.

Keep on at me u guys I need to be in bed by 10pm every night as I get up at 6am with 3 kids and at the moment I have been gettig to bed at 2! Not good for my mental state!

I looked at all the insprational threads and pictures again and am on my way to a new confident me!

I look forward to some help and support, and Arti thanks as we have been doing this getting our head round things for a week now and with your help it is paying off. Keep at it girl!

Hello lu-c and welcome to the change of your life! You have every chance of shifting that 9 stone, and I think you may even do it quicker than you think! I am on day 19, and I have done 17lbs, and I feel great for it. You have a few bad days, but most are good. You have to stick at it 100% you can't do it for a couple of days, be bad and go back, or say"I will break my diet for this one meal" it has to be 100%! Congratulations on making a change in your life and do everything you can to stick to it! You will get lots of support on here, and keep glugging the old clear stuff! It works wonders! Keep us posted on progress and if you need help, just ask x

Well, don't cook for him! I am serious! My other half cooks his own meals. I have made a lasagne and froze it for him, but he does not help cooking for you hubby and kids! It will make you want to pick. I find that the worst when others eat around me although I am getting used to it now!
