    Well I am back after having a baby boy on 23/12/09

    I am determined to get back to a healthy BMI - so my goal is 8stone 6lbs! I have done the CD before so this time round I am finding it harder because I know what to expect LOL!!

    Im on my 19th day! I'm right in the centre of Leicester. My CDC is Pam.

    Im on SS and the cravings do go!
