    GMTV Body Image Test

    Has anyone done this?

    GMTV - Body image quiz

Was quite interesting to answer the questions and see the results.

    Mine was as expected

You have serious body image hangups. You don't need to be physically perfect to be beautiful and a little confidence in yourself will go a long way

Unfortunately since these 'skinny' pictures were taken I gained all the weight back and more.. so off I go again...

No idea why on earth i got this result!!

Congratulations, you are perfectly in tune with your body. Whilst there are parts you would like to improve, overall you are content with who you are and how you look and don't care what anyone else thinks

I'm still laughing now! Pah, yeah right i say... xx

me too claire - i got the same result, Pah to that i say too lol

    I began the Cambridge Diet in April 2009 - I lost 8 stone 5lb in 12 months

I fell pregnant in April 2010 so had to end my CD journey, resulting in a 4 stone gain but my gorgeous little boy is very much worth it!

I am re-starting CD in May 2011 in the hope to loose the 4 stone gained in pregnancy plus an extra 2 stone to reach my ultimate target of 11 stone.

    My targets for 2011 -

    1. Loose 1 stone - Done! 14/05/11
    2. Loose 2 stone
    3. Get back to my pre-pregnancy weight (13 stone)
    4. Begin the journey to goal!

Yeah got congratulated as well Just as I was presuming I will get very poor results as so many of those answers are what Cambridge entails not the way I want to maintain. -E.g. the exercise, the dieting, etc- but hey, it's all just good fun, not a test will ever tell us precisely what we know already.

    Mine was spot on:
Like most of us you aren't entirely satisfied with your body. However, you realise that we can't all be supermodels and at times feel great about the way you look

It's the "at times" which is correct. Very few and far between times tho! Lol.
