Psyllium husk is a bit expensive, I paid almost £13 or 200 capsules.
They recommend 6 capsules a day, is that what your taking?

I think most of us are using the powder form..not tablets. The powder helps to make a lot of things - porridge and I just just made a smoothie ..yummy! It only cost £3 for a 300 gram container. i got mine online from healthspan's website.

i paid about £12 at Holland & Barret for a tub of 200 capsules but they are working great and will last quite a while - i do take 6 a day. But ive also just bought the loose variety mentioned above, its ok and makes nice thick shakes, but for convenience i like the tablets.
